Have had this ball for just one day, I admit--but it appears to be very well made, thick rubber. It's also burst-resistant, which my phys. therapist said was important--so that if it does develop a puncture, you're not landing quickly, possibly dangerously so.
Pump did not look like the one pictured, but it was surprisingly efficient. I thought I'd have to get out a bicycle pump and arm-wrestle--but the pump that came with was quite satisfactory.
Comes with not just one but two plugs for the hole where the ball gets inflated. I've put that, the measuring tape (to get the ball inflated to the right size) and the pump into a gallon-size zip-lock bag so I don't misplace the little fiddly bits.
