4.0 out of 5 stars EARLY BARRABAS AND HIS EAGLE TEAM, Aug 19 2007
By Kay's Husband - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: The Barrabas run (Paperback)

This is the first novel of approximately 32 more regular series books to follow, with a few super SOBs too, which introduces the entire merc team. Their first mission takes them to Kaluba, Africa, to free a 'president' being held captive so that Joseph Noboctu can reassume the actual presidency to bring his war torn country to order. Much fighting and much explosions.

The team trains, plots, and arms in Majorca prior to their jump off picking up arms and ammo as they go. These arms will be dropped in the jungle for their pick up and use. As expected, events do not always go as planned, however, our Soldiers of Barrabas are up to the task carrying Colonel Niles and the team through to a successful conclusion to the mission.

The book ends with all team members contemplating their future life and their next mission.

A good read for the introduction to this series. Very enjoyable.
