A fine basketball drill book for all ages. The illustrations and tips are very useful to youngsters beginning to learn the game, while the 100 basketball drills showcased in the book provides advanced players a practice regimen that can dramatically improve their game. It's also a good read for beginning coaches because it covers all aspects of the game: shooting, passing, rebounding, ball handling and defensive strategies. Includes an intro from Leonard Hamilton, coach of the NBA's Washington Wizards. Very similar to FIVE STAR BASKETBALL DRILLS(another fine drill book), written by Howard Garfinkel, Director of the illustrious Five-Star Basketball Camp.

I highly encouraged coaches, parents, and players to review this basketball manual. Unlike many learning manuals, this is very simply but true to form. Most of the instructions and drills we were already doing but for some players, reading it in print and conducting in practice makes it come together. I encouraged parents to have their sons review the manual when homework has been completed.
