5.0 out of 5 stars Enter: The Joker March 19 2012

This novel explores the first official interaction with "The Joker", here is given the name as he reigns chaos upon the city of Gotham. A must read for any Batman fan. Though, a recommendation of reading "The Killing Joke" is advised for full effect in regards to understanding The Joker's lunacy and motives.

3.0 out of 5 stars At least half of the book is good Jan. 25 2013

The Man Who Laughs is a must read Batman story for any fan. 5 out of 5 stars for the story. Unfortunately the story is rather short, so to beef up the size of this edition a second, lower quality Green Lantern/Batman story makes up the second half of the book. Quite a disappointment.
