I have seen this presentation on PBS and knew then I wanted a copy of it. The discussions with the surviving BOB pilots provided excellent background to the history.
Colin MacGregor's "training" to fly the Spitfire was interesting in the process, but it was the pure honest emotion of a modern RAF pilot (Colin) when given the opportunity to fly possibly the most beautiful warbird ever made that made the show for me. The generocity he showed to his brother Ewan for the oppoprtunity for a ride in the "Spit" was also a high point for me.
My father flew as a fighter pilot after the BOB with RCAF 414 squadron and I don't think that there would be a relative of anyone who volunteered their service and put their life on the line during WWII that would find this presentation other than excellent!
