About the Author
A former physical education teacher, football coach and wrestling coach, Dr. Kennedy served as strength and conditioning coach at both Penn State University, where he received his doctorate in the exercises sciences, and Rutgers University following a successful career as a competitive weightlifter. Dr. Kennedy is currently host of his own popular radio call-in show, "Get Fit Arizon" in Phoenix and is a fitness consultant and lecturer.
