Insanity has been a very solid program. My bf and I decided to start it during the new year to get into shape. We are on week 2. Although we haven't seen any physical results yet, our endurance and overall fitness is definitely improving, we have more energy, and we're generally keeping up with the program.

PRO:
- 45 minutes, 6 days a week is very feasible
- workouts are hard, really make you sweat, but are manageable
- love the variety they include into the program, the calendar they give you, and the guidance on the food program
- overall, very easy to follow. we do it at home and it's quite easy to make space for it.

CON:
- I find this program much easier to stick to because I have a partner. Would be harder without a partner to stick to it.

Overall, we're really enjoying it!

Insanity is a program that you're probably not going to want to just start if you haven't been working out for a while. It's a challenge and it really pushes you. The moves are intense and I'm always left out of breath and drenched in sweat at the end of the workout. Shaun T is a great motivator and really pushes me throughout the program.

The one negative thing about the program for me is the warm-up/stretch. It's the same everyday for the first four weeks and then the same for the last four weeks. It just gets a bit repetitive doing the same thing day in and day out and that's actually the part that makes me want to flake out and not do the program some days. But when I push through it I'm always glad I did.

I've done two rounds of Insanity over the past year and really do notice a big difference in my stamina once I'm on the other side. It's hard on your body though, so I like to switch it up and do other programs for a while and then go back to it.

Solid program and worth checking out if you're looking for a tough workout.

I was already in pretty good shape (or so I thought) but insanity has pushed me to the next level. You really have to be ready to work because it's not a breeze in the park and you literally feel like passing out at some points. I'm only halfway through (currently doing the recovery week, which is not much of a recovery I have to say), and I have seen pretty good results so far. Although the workouts aren't very long (about 40 mins each) you have to make time 6 times a week so if you don't have time to do it, this isn't for you. You have to follow it very consistently. I'm looking forward to seeing the final results! 1 month left!!

Love that it's only a short time each day so you can fit it in but it makes you sweat more than any program i've done before!

I am only in my second week of Insanity but I can honestly say that I LOVE IT. The exercises aren't complicated and I like that. Some of them are harder than others but it's because they take more strength, which I know I can build up to. I don't think I will ever go back to a woman fitness instructor. LOL Shaun T is AWESOME and not bad on the eyes ladies. ;) He keeps you pumped up and makes you want to "dig deeper". He really cares and wants you to be safe during the workout as well and I think that is great. It's important to pace yourself and rest if you need it. It's a pretty intense workout, but if you push through you will feel amazing when it's over. This is only after my second week.
I Love Insanity!!!

this workout is intense! But it's totally worth trying. It takes a lot of dedication and discipline to follow at least the workout program (since following the meal plan is quite more challenging). You will easily see the difference in 2 weeks time :) just enjoy and stay motivated!

Love insanity however if you are out of shape it is really hard to keep up with the full 30-40 minute workout
