This book is full of salesman scripts and manipulation. I was disappointed in the book. I dont think the days of just being honest are totally gone and I dont think you should have to have a script to answer your clients every questions, Why not just tell them the truth??? The book had a couple of good prospecting ideas and was somewhat motivating, but all in all it's a good book for a used car salesman.

Real life skills for you to be a SMART sales person.

A Five Stars book.
This is the best real estate book for all level sales person from new to experienced sales person.
This book reveals all the real life skills for you to stand out of the usual sales persons.
I personally like the book hits the key points without lengthy wordings.
It is easy to read, and easy to implement.
You will learn the skills for prospecting, farming, direct marketing, leads generation,
and how to convert the leads to appointment, listing signed, then selling to closing.
The important thing is "do you practise those skills into your real life?"
After you implement those skills into your real life, you will soon become a SMART sales person in your area.
This is the top one book that I asked all my new sales persons to read it over in their first week,
and review with me once a week for their implementation.
I also recommended all the experienced sales persons to review it over and over again.
Each time we review the book, we will find some key skills that are important for our success.
I am happy to share my experience with you for how good this book is.

This is a very good book. The author gives very good advice for novice to professional real estate agents. I learned some good tips and adopted some great techniques from this book. The techniques work the more you apply them.
