Don't get me wrong I really enjoyed this book. The characters were great, and the sex was hot.A few things however stopped this from being a 5 star for me:
1) The typos (ok I know by the time I finish this review, I'll have a ton of them, but I am not a professional author) sometimes made things unreadable and garbled. At times it was as though this book was badly translated from a foreign language.
2) This book is set in South Hampton, NY, apparently. Its pretty obvious the author has never lived or even visited there. First of all, it is Southampton, not South Hampton. Second of all, there is no seedy warehouse district anywhere near the water in Southhampton. Thirdly, it is hard to believe that a character who has grown up on the East End of Long Island would consider Southampton a small town at any point in time in her life time. Southampton is a small town in relation to New York City, but it currently boasts a population around 55,000 people which is by no means a small town in relation to every other town on the East End. It has never been a small town, not unless the character was born 60 years ago, which I'm pretty sure she wasn't.
3) Zeus. If you read this story you'll know what I mean.
