I am not much of a hip-hop fan, to put it mildly. I do enjoy French-language music of almost any sort, however. I listen almost exclusively to "Air Musique Française," the French-Canadian Top 40 station on XM Radio, which is where I first heard Radio Radio. At least two of the songs on this album are on the Top 40 charts- "Enfant Spécial" and "Sur La Galavante," and with good reason. This is some of the most addictive music I have ever heard! I kept hearing those two songs, then I downloaded this album, then the previous one, then the one before that, and watching all the Radio Radio videos I could find......So far,"Belmundo Regal" is hands-down the best. This album, c'est definitely le best, as perhaps one might say in Chiac, the language in which the band sings and speaks. Chiac is composed of Acadian French intertwined with English, and it's the most interesting thing I've run across in a long time. It's WAY different then the Académie French which is all I've ever known. Even with the lyrics in front of me it's hard to figure out.....but I'm learning. Here's the thing, though- IT DOESN'T MATTER. Even if you have NO idea what they're singing about, you'll still enjoy listening to it. At least I hope you will. If you don't like this, if this album doesn't make you want to dance(even if you can't dance)there is quite probably something bad wrong with you. Possibly you're dead. So hit the One-Click Download button-and isn't THAT the slickest way to have your money siphoned out of your account-and download this album, NOW. Listen to it 'til you hear it in your sleep....when you're cargué dans ta chaise....when you voyager avec ton 9-piece luggage set.....while you're living your life aquatic, aeronautic in your dekshoo. Hip-hop, Kenny G non-stop- hell,yeah- icitte, c'est le fun,no doubt about it.
