This little piece of equipment, the Benriner Japanese Mandoline Slicer, has made life so much easier for me. I love to cook, but slicing and dicing is becoming difficult for my achy breaky hands, I am a danger to the whole family with a sharp knife! Now I can slice and julienne with the best of them.

Watch your fingers, use the guard. This product is well made and does the job it is meant for very well. Very sharp.
