I love lunch at the deli, I think we all do, and with this book you get the deli menu without having to pay a whole lot. Delicous soups, salads, and sandwiches at your fingertips. They're great. Really. And all fairly easy to make, so if you're having trouble deciding what to fix for lunch or having to cut back on spending during the recession, then open a cookbook and start doing it like the professionals.
