Fun to listen to and dance to,
By Angel - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Best Songs (Audio CD)
The music on this CD is a very happy medium between pop and traditional music. The songs are all pretty upbeat; no ballads here. The rhythms are simple, with a few little interesting instrumental variations thrown in here and there, which make it ideal for a beginning bellydancer (or any bellydancer, really). The songs sound similar enough to each other to make the CD unified in theme, but there is enough variation between the songs to keep the whole CD interesting. This is one of the rare CDs that I can listen to straight through from beginning to end. I especially like the song "Lah"; it's got a nice ayoub rhythm, which is fun to dance to.
