Good, but the live class is better, Jun 1 2005

I took Aaron's hot nude yoga class a few times and found it both challenging and stimulating. This video is not as good as a live class. He often goes too quickly. Also, I think the video would be better if it included some partner work as he does in his live classes. There is nothing in this specific to sex or gay men. It is a good yoga workout, if you have some training already in yoga. I would not recommend it for beginners. The 3 students are all fairly advanced so no one does any "alternatives" for people new to yoga (think about exercise shows on TV where they always have one person doing a more beginner level routine). Also, there is no music, so if you want to have music while you do this, you need to have your own playing.

Great session...more then just sex focused, May 14 2004

This is a great yoga session (approx 50 min) to help you be more flexible and energetic. The instructor is innovative with poses and he explains well. You need to watch it once before doing it...he goes a bit fast. 3 guys are doing the poses with the instructor helping them.
Production value (sound quality/scene framing) is bit cheap...it feels like a one take session but it's not that important.

Because there are so many yoga videos on the market, this one just doesn't cut it. The set could have been done in someones basement, and it looks like the actors had one run through before they filmed it. At times the routine is simple, but at a few times, they do very advance positions. Also, The guy in charge doesn't explain which sex muscles the positions are building, which is kinda why you are watching this in the first place. Overall, this is a yoga tape not quite for beginners or advanced.
