· As you pedal, the internal magnet creates resistance (5 levels of resistance). You can change the resistance levels using your handle bars.

My order was shipped and received promptly.The bicycle trainer stand was easy to set up (my husband did that, but it appeared to be easy). I have it set up in front of the tv, so I can exercise and get caught up on the shows I have PVR'd or watch the hockey games. It is a really good workout option during the cold winter months.
