The Big Carrot cookbook is an excellent complement to Lukin's other cookbook, "On the Road to Vegetarian Cooking." The latter book has day-to-day wonderful recipes, but the Big Carrot book has recipes you'll want to try out to impress your friends and to do something special. The mushroom ragout is worth it alone.
