Different, but good,

I was disappointed to discover that it wasn't going to be Bob and Jillian leading the exercises on this DVD, but it works. If you liked Sione, Ali, and Tara on the show, you'll like them as your trainers on this. The exercises were simple to do and easy to follow, but I still felt the effects of them. I also loved the fact that it's all in 10 minute segments, so if I don't have time to do a full hour or half hour workout, I can still get some in and feel the difference.

Pretty good for non-pros,

This video is a great starter as the title suggests, but also can be a good addition to your workout library for the intermediate fitness person. Moves aren't too difficult so co-ordination isn't a big factor. I like the fact that you can choose which 10 minute sections to do, pick 3 10 minute sections or do all 5. These are regular people of all sizes doing this video so follow along at your own pace.

if you need to do a workout in 10 minutes this is the dvd for you! and if you have more time put two workouts together. I highly recommend it! Lots of fun :)
