A solid work-out! Easy to get into, gets more challenging as the workout continues. He really pushes you at the end. It's what a good work-out should be. I find seeing heavy-set people, like myself, pushing themselves and getting through the workout more inspiring than a bunch of skinny bimbos jumping around. I feel like I can really do this too. I also like the option of turining the audio instruction off and just having the music blaring real loud fun sometimes. One thing tho, I find the warm-up (and warm-down somewhat) a little weak, I usually pause the video and do a little more stretching myself.
