I loved this workout. There are 9 little sections to select from, so you can tailor your own work out depending on how much time you have. Really intense cardio and great sculpting segments. I loved how much it challenged my body. You have to be careful about your knees, as there is quite a bit of jumping. But workout segments range from 5min to 15 min, so they are very time efficient. I work out regularly, and this was a welcome change to the everyday rut that I was in. For the cost, this is a great value for your money!

I received this dvd yesterday and gave it a try last night. This is a great workout dvd and I sure worked up a sweat! I really like the fact that you can pick and choose the different segments to create your own workout. I didn't try any of the men's segments but apparently they are great. If you want to sweat, buy this one!

A friend gave this to me and since I don't watch the biggest loser show, I didn't know what to expect. Like the other reviewers, I liked the fact that you can customize the workout depending on what you feel like doing. Also,the first thing I noticed was the fact that the people in the background are not super athletic models... as I understand, they are from the show and they are normal everyday people... who sweat and find some of the exercises hard. Found that really refreshing. Though I would not suggest this to people who workout regularly nor to people who have knee problems (most of the exercises might put to much strain on bad knees), I think this is great for people who want to get into shape and don't really know where to start. After the first time doing this, my thighs and butt where hurting so bad, I looked weird when I walked... But after the fifth time, it didn't hurt anymore! I really feel the difference. Hope this helped!
