I really loved Billy's Insane ABS. It's a great ABS workout. You must be fit before starting this DVD. I have already done Billy's Cardio Inferno & This is TAE BO which helped me in preparing for Insane ABS.

i love them dvd workout, i'm always trying to work out my abs and this has the been the best one yet. my abs hurt for two days after the first time i did this one. id recommend this workout to anyone who wants to lose some inches around their waist!

Fantastic workout, will get your abs in shape fast! Also works great on strengthening the entire core including the back. I have much less back pain and and my sciatica is going away. If you are a beginner, get something like the cardio video first to get your skills up.
