Six months gone and I am still laughing over this movie. Most reviews focus on the action and the kung fu, and even the box cover talks about mortal danger and adversity and action and all, but doesn't anybody see the gloriously assinine slapstick humor in this film? To me it is The Three Stooges meets Seinfeld meets The Evil Dead meets Wheels on Meals. I laughed so hard I had to rewind what I had missed while laughing. The kung fu is bitchin, sure, but the watermelon routine, the punji-pit scene, the mean dad, the laughing ghost hiding in the bushes scene, etc., are so ridiculously silly that they make this movie an all time, must see, comedy classic on a par with Spies Like Us, Ruthless People, How to Get Ahead in Advertising, and Brutti Sporchi e Cattivi. This is one of my few keepers, I would recommend it to everybody and anybody, and I would watch it a hundred times. FIVE ENTHUSIASTIC STARS!!!!!!
