I've had this oven for years, and have had no trouble with it at all. I mostly use it for baking things like fish sticks, hash browns, and other fast food, and also I sometimes grill steaks or chops. I use the rotisserie for chicken, but it only takes a small one, less than 2 lbs. I use stainless steel wire to wrap up chicken legs and breasts and do them as well, 2 at a time. It can be hard to get them to stay on but the results are worth it! I probably use this oven twice a day.

I love the programming, you can make a change and depending on when you do it, it becomes the default setting, or not. The only thing I don't like are all the various feature buttons, they don't let you run the fan unless you are in 'toast' mode, so thats the one I always use. I programmed the default for 30 mins at 350 degrees but that can be adjusted at any time. The fan can be turned on and off as well. All of my other toaster ovens have burned out with far less use than this one.

If this oven was bigger it would be perfect, but it's the best I've owned.

I've had this oven for over 5 years now and it is great. I find it very useful because it is big enough to cook many things. It will cook quicker than a traditional oven and you will have to set the temperature to a few less degrees, even if you are not using convection.
The only negative points may be that if you bake a cake in it, it will not be as soft as if you bake it in a traditional oven, because the heat source is very near. Also bacon. Don't put bacon in that thing, I swear. I've seen flames in the oven a couple times because the grease drops were reaching the top element. Bad idea.
So this is a great and tough oven. Just learn to use it and you will be pleased for years.

So far so good. It heats to any temperature very quickly and maintains it fairly accurately. Not perfect but I haven't had a toaster oven which is 100%. Yes like other owners have said.. they could have designed it better in regards to the way pre-sets, time and temps are adjusted but once you become acquainted with it's not difficult to operate or choose your own temps and timer settings. I paid $60 total on clearance so even it works for the 2yr warranty it'll have been a bargain based on the more expensive ovens. Cooked a roast and it's as good as any full size oven can do . These are not insulated like regular ovens so they get real hot because heat escapes so how economical or non-economical they are is unknown . I like the fact they heat quickly and it beats heating a full size oven for smaller items. This is a good size oven which would cook a chicken etc. that could feed 1-4 people. We haven't used the convection or rotisserie yet but I did test those out and the fan is super quiet. The rotisserie design appears somewhat fragile than what it should be but it would probably be ok with a small chicken. I doubt we'll ever use that feature much since it's not what we bought it for. We heat a lot of frozen stuff like fish and chips etc so for these it works great. Perfect for baking almost anything that would fit in it like pizza , cakes etc..A lot of stuff is now made in China etc so I don't expect much in the way of quality and longevity so shop around for the best price and warranty which this was. Only 1yr warranty on many items so 2yrs sold me on this oven.
UPDATE! So far it's still working fine. We used the rotisserie cooking 3.5 chicken and it did great though the chicken must be tied tightly so that nothing hangs down so it drags on the drippings pan.

I bought this because it offered enough height to cook a roast or a chicken with or without the rotisserie. What I have cooked in it so far takes basically the same time as my regular oven. I really like it.

Hmmm.. let's see..

Let's say you unwrap this dismal excuse for an oven and.. i don't know.. you want to turn on the oven to 325 for 15 minutes to heat some leftovers? Nahh sorry, you have to pick from the 6 foods listed on the display and follow their preset time and temperatures. Did you get that?? THIS IS AN OVEN WHERE YOU CAN'T SIMPLY PICK YOUR COOKING TIME, TEMPERATURE, AND HIT THE START BUTTON. It's not that difficult Black and Decker. TWO EFFING DIALS ARE ALL YOU NEEDED. One for temp, one for time. Black and Decker have taken a simple OVEN and so royally screwed it up. Now... let's say your food magically falls into one of the 6 items on the panel, and while cooking your steak (?) which you wanted to cook at 400 but the friggin machine would only allow 425, but. who cares... by some miracle you get the thing running. They outside of the oven gets so hot, not only will it burn your skin on contact, it will melt the pepper shaker sitting nearby; never mind what it does to the paint on the wall behind. Not only is it a piece of garbage, it's unsafe!!

I am literally about to go "Office Space" on this piece of S***.
