This is a great book! I adore a black/white combo! It's so fresh and crisp and dramatic. (The very opposite of mushy off-whites, creams, beiges, & washed out greys, 'colours' that can look as though the walls need a good scrubbing to get the years of cigarette smoke and scum off, not to mention that bored-to-tears feeling.)As demonstrated in this book, black & white can encompass so many looks, all exciting, stylish and not boring. This book has quite a few pages that I would call 'filler' which feature close-ups of nothing really, as opposed to more beautiful interesting black & white rooms. I'd like to see another book published that is nothing but a collection of 'the most fabulous black and white rooms ever'! I'd buy that for sure!!

Beautiful photography and inspiring rooms. Black & White is well written and informative, giving new insight to decorating with black and white. I will come back to this book time and time again. Love it!

I BOUGHT THIS BOOK AT CHRISTMAS. WE WERE ON HOLIDAYS . WHAT A DELIGHT. EVEN ON BC FERRIES PEOPLE SITTING NEXT TO ME WHEN I TOOK THE BOOK OUT, WERE SO IMPRESSED. IF YOU HAVE A LOVE FOR DESIGN AND GET PLEASURE OUT OF HOW ANOTHER DECORATES ESP. USING COLORS YOU LIKE. THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU. FULL OF KNOWLEDGE AND PURE DELIGHT.A MUST HAVE.!!!DJ
