A must have for BB Playbook protection...,

Arrived very quickly. The case fits the Blackberry Playbook perfectly and even allows the camera to work with the case attached. It does add some weight to the product as a whole, but knowing you have the added protection of a very sturdy leather case does offer some relief as to any possible damage to your unit. Price was better than BB and FS, at least at the time I purchased it.

Not perfect, but not a bad case for your Playbook,

The Playbook fits nicely in this case with access to the ports at the bottom (or left side of the case if you are holding it like a book) and it is molded around the power and volume buttons. You also have two sets of grooves on the inside cover to hold the Playbook up at different angles.On the plus side, the Playbook fits nicely, it is small (or at least doesn't add a lot of bulk to the Playbook and gives it a nice book feeling to it in carrying it around. On the downside, while it may likely be due to the poor power button design on the Playbook, the molded power button doesn't work so you have to lift up the plastic molding to push the power button. It isn't a big deal since I rarely have to turn it on so I can live with that. (It might work better for others who have a more raised power button than mine). Also, I don't find the grooves to be indented or deep enough. I would have preferred something deeper in the hopes it would give more stability. My third critique is that while I understand the Playbook has to fit in the way it does with the bottom ports facing the spine of the 'book', I always seem to want to put it 'upside down' in landscape mode. It doesn't really matter since the screen will flip anyways but still. That's about it. I would buy it if you can get it on sale but I wouldn't pay full price for it.

This blackberry OEM case is the perfect one for your playbook. This case is not bulky and fits perfect. The ON-OFF button now works much better. During charging battery the case needs to be open but this may help to lower temperature. I strongly recommend it if you want to protect your investment.
