I regret buying this product. I thought it would make using the Playbook easier but it does not. All I get to do is type two letters and the product freezes and stops working. The keys are soft so it makes it difficult to use. When I looked into returning it I found out I may need to pay a restocking fee and the cost of shipping it back. I am super disappointed in the product and using Amazon to purchase it, next time I will go to a store where I can ask more questions and return it if there is a problem.

This product is a piece of junk. The Bluetooth connectivity hangs on you after every 5 words you type. And reconnected after at least 20 seconds. Sometimes it hung up twice in a row. It means you are doing nothing and just staring at the screen for 1 minute. It doesnot have full keyboard and the keys are at different places than a normal keyboard.I was planning to use it at work, taking notes during the meetings and to make minor changes on Word To Go or Sheet To Go. The protection also covers the border of the screen, giving you very small space to slide and switch between different programmes/apps In short DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!! Product looks great and would have been an excellent accessory. But it does not work. 9 out of 10 you can not get the keyboard to connect. I purchased 2 of them and neither one works. Definitely will be returning.NOT happy at all!
