Here's an ever-fresh, 365-flower bouquet that is a coffee table book, a book about flowers, and a book to give on birthdays--rolled into one. We were drawn to it by the stunning full-page photographs of known as well as little-known blooms and the sheer volume of them in a nicely-bound package. Well, after we got home, we couldn't stop thumbing through to see them, their names and a bit about their origin. Browsing the blooms is, in itself, a source of calm and inspiration... That's when we actually noticed the descriptions are also birthday fortunes. (It's uncanny how my succinct little fortune describes me to a tee.) What a perfect gift that delivers a unique message on that special day AND can keeps giving joy, long after. We found "A Bloom A Day" somewhere other than amazon but now that we've discovered this gem, it's a go-to gift.
