I have all the Bob Harper DVD's. The inside out method (set of 4) Inside out Method (Kettle bell set of 2) and the Ultimate cardio. Just tried the Ripped Core and I was struggling, what a work out. I was in the military for 17 years and this one was right up there in difficulty. Great work out BOB! I am going to try this again in a couple days. My abs are sore already!! (I suggest protein after this work out for recovery) You want a challenge...Buy this DVD. I started out for the first 10 mins thinking it wasn't much of a workout and spent the remaining 38 crying inside! Super pumped about this DVD. Thanks again Amazon for the speedy delivery.

The best workout ever. Ships to Canada in less than a week.Bob works you hard , but you get results. You do not need a gym membership. You just need to stick with it. I love this. The shipping with amazon is so fast and easy. I will buy again.

This was an amazing workout! To mix it up, I used 10 lbs weights and 10 lbs kettlebells throughout the entire 50 minute workout. If you're into pilates and yoga, this is perfect if you're looking to kick it up a notch! I feel so amazing after this tuff workout...wow! wow! wow!!! Can't wait to do it again! : )Thanks to Amazon for being so quick with the delivery, I will always buy my workout DVDs from Amazon!

Good workout
I liked this workout, I liked no more trouble zones from Jillian Michaels a bit more. But still a very good overall workout
