This was an amazing workout! To mix it up, I used 10 lbs weights and 10 lbs kettlebells throughout the entire 50 minute workout. If you're into pilates and yoga, this is perfect if you're looking to kick it up a notch! I feel so amazing after this tuff workout...wow! wow! wow!!!
