Get Ready to Get Inspired Dec 15 2006
By C. Donlon - Published on Amazon.com
This is a great DVD that will just flat-out inspire you to take your double bass playing (and overall playing) to the next level. I have owned MANY instructional DVD's and this is definitely top 5 all-time. No other metal or double bass instructional DVD even comes close. Pro shots, great tunes that Bobby plays with, lots of content here. I always go back to it when I am searching for new ideas.

Without question, I would recommend this to any drummer out there thinking of mastering two kicks.

fun video Nov. 11 2006
By zombie boy - Published on Amazon.com
i really enjoyed this video. his playing with the backing music is really awesome, but don't look to this as much of a drum lesson video. he doesn't teach that much if you already know what you are doing. he has a basic idea of learning double bass and some stick twirling kind of like a beginners guide to heavy metal.

but overall .. watching this dude play is pretty crazy

Jarzombek ROCKS!!! June 4 2005
By Bad Andy - Published on Amazon.com
I knew Mr. Jarzombek to be primarily a "metal" drummer but was pleasantly surprised that he is that and much more in this enjoyable DVD. He clips include some rock playing and some more involved work that shows off his exceptional talent quite well. The "Bonus" features were alot of fun to watch with "behind the scenes" segments that brought some insight into studio work and live soundchecking of the drum kit. All in all a great DVD from a brilliant performer and really down to earth guy.

Bobby plays drums to three songs,
-Peppered cancer(also known as "A quick affix", found on Japanese edition of Spastic ink's "Ink compatible")
-So it ain't!
-School(another Jarzombek bros' composition)

Three drum solos
-Regular solo
-Live footage(perhaps Riot)
-Stick twirling solo

-Stick twirling
-His own concept called "double drops"

-Visiting Paiste and selecting cymbals
-Recording drum tracks in studio
-Sound check before a gig
-Photo gallery
-DVD rom materials

I wish he showed some of the basics such as daily practice routines, double bass things etc. Also there aren't enough shots of his feet throughout. Minus one star. I hope he'll make another one. But all the performance sections are excellent!! And boy, he does such wonderful drum solos here, kind of solos that can even entertain non-drummers. He's got to do a drum solo at every single gig.
