Looks great, moderatly durable, outside of glass does not get hot. I use these to hold a double-shot of espresso. Only concern is inside wall is really thin and I have to be very careful with them, not sure if they will last the year.

I initially came across double walled glasses in a Bodum store in Scandinavia perhaps 5 years ago. They looked great and felt very delicate and nice when I had the opportunity to try them out with some hot coffee at a friends place.Now years later I decided to buy the 3 oz and the 13.5 oz versions from Amazon. Like other people have noted, the design is not the same as it used to be. For some reason a silicone plug and some less-than-pretty text have been added to the bottom of the glass. It is of course understandable that products are changed over time, but what is bad in this particular case is that the silicone plug and text does not show on the front side of the product box. There is however a photo and text on the side of the box saying "BODUM(R) Air - Double wall glasses that breathe". Unfortunately this side is not included in the product description on Amazon. I regret buying these. In the future I will refrain from buying any Bodum branded goods online and I will be more careful buying anything design sensitive from Amazon.

You will like these enough to keep buying replacements as your wife periodically breaks them. Lightweight, great insulation and they cause most guests to do a double-take.If only they were a bit tougher. Recomend had washing, if you have steady hands.

These are awesome! The heat of the espresso stays on the inside your hand stays cool, and you can see all that lovely crema! I'm a big Bodum fan and these don't disappoint. The only thing that lets them down is the packing that Amazon does. The cups are individually wrapped and boxed from Bodum. Amazon then sticks that box in a bigger box, but they don't pad it sufficiently. I ordered 4 cups and 1 of them was totally shattered. Amazon was good and I received a replacement set the very next day. It wasn't packaged any better but it was hand delivered and arrived in tact.
