I have been purchasing/using the Bodum Canteen Double Wall Tumblers for years. I have been replacing broken tumblers for just about as long. This was the first set of replacement tumblers that I am dissatisfied with. Bodum has done something to their design that is different. This last batch gets cloudy and doesn't look near as clear .... EVER!Not happy with the design change.

These are awesome! The heat of your drink stays on the inside your hand stays cool, and you can see all that lovely crema! I'm a big Bodum fan and these don't disappoint. The only thing that lets them down is the packing that Amazon does. The cups are individually wrapped and boxed from Bodum. Amazon then sticks that box in a bigger box, but they don't pad it sufficiently. I ordered 4 cups and 1 of them was totally shattered. Amazon was good and I received a replacement set the very next day. It wasn't packaged any better but it was hand delivered and arrived in tact.

I love these glasses! I love them for espresso and for cold drinks. They feel good to hold, don't "sweat" and they're a great product. Just one caveat, though: I've broken two of them by gently dropping ice from a refrigerator ice maker into a room-temperature glass. Each time, I heard a "clink" sound and the bottom of the glass fell out! The cure seems to be to gently slide the ice into the glass by hand. Or use crushed ice. Other than that, they're terrific.
