This book took a couple of times reading to absorb. The information is great and well organized.
The example forms are helpful. The case studies get you thinking about questions you haven't asked yet.
Also liked the numerous hyperlink references.

Anyone considering buying a investment / retirement property south of the border, especially if considering renting. This book should answer almost all questions and inform you how to handle the tax issues .
