5.0 out of 5 stars A must read!!!, Jun 5 2008
By Wendy Riches - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This book is a must read for any woman even considering starting her own business, regardless of the industry or type of business. It is both humourous and wise at the same time, using easy-to-understand language with a very personal touch, such that the reader is drawn into and can relate to the variety of excellent examples used. The authors take a positive yet realistic approach to giving you the straight goods on what you need to do to start (and succeed at) your own business!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great advice and an interesting read, April 24 2008
By Claire Karmen (Vancouver, Canada) - See all my reviews
This book is awesome. It was such an enjoyable read. Not only is it filled with great business advice, but the personal stories peppered throughout are really interesting and inspiring. The other thing I really liked about the book was that it's not filled with business jargon, it's very conversational and takes away all of the intimidation with starting a new business. After reading this book I feel like I have all of the tools to get going with my own venture. I'm inspired by Lauren & Emira's success - their positivity is infectious.
