Yes, this is a tiny strainer. It would be useful if you wanted to put a bit of powdered sugar inside and tap it to sprinkle powdered sugar on pancakes, and it could be used to do the same with cocoa powder, I guess.
This is not the TRUE purpose of this strainer. It can also be used to add a dollar point five to your order so that you may qualify for free shipping. I did this and it worked great! Saved me some money.

it came fast! and it works great. use it for infusing oils with other herbs like rosemary. and since its flexible i can turn it inside out; into the trash without cloggging my sink!
