I love this machine... I would have given it 5 stars however I think it is a bit expensive... it doesn't do anything magical... it take the most annoying part of making citrus juice using other juicers: to push the fruit yourself.
I saw one comment under one of the images that you cannot purchase a replacement part... however, before I buy mine, I was able to google for parts for this machine, and within 5 min. I found the part this person is talking about and it costs about $15.
