My dog had gastric carcinoma and tumors in her duodenum. After feeding her according to Dr.Budwig's
simple foods, flax seed oil, ground up flax seed, and cottage cheese, she bounced back in a few weeks - has gained back the 10 lb she lost and is a very happy 4-1/2 yr.old.

This is a great book. Very informative including a wide variety of recipes. Helpful to getting started and sticking to this diet and letting you know why it is important. not a diet per say, just a better way of eating.
