This book gives you a very quick guide to building your own root cellar. You need to be a bit of a handyman because it is written for someone who has a bit of a background in how to build stuff.

I first read this book when I was 15 years old...back in 1990. I loved this book so much I couldn't put it down and often read it over again. It's been a long time since I've read this...almost 10 years now since, it was lost. I would like to buy this book in the near future so I could show it to my daughter who is ten years old and LOVES to read books like that. (her fav movie is the Lord of The Rings) I just know she'll love this one. Traveling in time to see the ones who once lived there and the adventures that they had...I miss this book and the ghosts who lived there.
