Ali (Christina Aguilera), a small-town girl with a big voice, escapes hardship and an uncertain future and follows her dreams to Los Angeles. After a string of rejections, Ali stumbles upon The Burlesque Lounge, a majestic but ailing theater that is home to an inspired musical revue. Burlesque's outrageous costumes and bold choreography enrapture Ali, who vows to perform in the venue.

If you have seen the movie Burlesque then you also want the music CD.I know I did and I bought it on Amazon.Even now quite awhile since I first heard and watched the movie soundtrack the music still plays loud and clear in my head and now with the Soundtrack CD it is even better.Thanks for your great choices and speedy deliveries Amazon.

"Wow", That pretty much sums it up. Aguilera is just spectacular from start to finish. No one else can do it better to be honest...oh, Cher makes a cameo as well.

Took some friends to see the movie and we all just loved the soundtrack. We both had to have it.The powerful voices of both Christina Aguilera and Cher are what make this CD as good as it is. My wife and I listen to it at home and in the car all the time.I have always marvelled Christina Aguilera's voice and with this album , I also have a new found respect for Cher. One of my "must have's" in the CD library.
