Un livre qui se lit comme un roman sous un format d'écriture facile à lire. Celui-ci nous indique une nouvelle méthode de gestion reprise par plusieurs auteurs en gestion de production. Cette méthode est la gestion par goulot. Une nouvelle fa�on de voir une cha�ne de production ou un processus.
