We've worn out 2 of these CD's already!

My 6 year old listened to this every night for over a year...it is beautiful, soothing and comforting and there is nothing to jar a child who is falling asleep. I hear him humming to it after I shut his door, and then he just drops off to sleep. It's great, and I'm buying my third copy!

We received this as a gift and began playing it at night to soothe our fussy newborn. At first I never payed much attention to the lyrics, but I did notice and appreciate the very soothing melodies. One night while holding our daughter in my arms I really started listening to the lyrics. A few of them perfectly expressed the love I felt for my her. "Father's Love" and "Little Boy Blue" brought tears to my eyes, they were so beautiful. I know I'm a father now when I have "Swedish Lullaby" running through my head all day! I'm not a fan of religious music, but most of this CD is simply beautiful music and soothing melodies -- a big improvement over some children's music I've heard. I plan on asking for the first volume of this collection for Christmas.
