I found the book chock full of useful and practical information for a Canadian wishing to purchase US real estate. I purchased this book because my wife and I were planning to visit Las Vegas to look at properties and enjoy some time-off from work. The book explained different ownership structures with their pros and cons. The book is well written, very readable and a good starting point far anyone wishing to understand many of the issues associated with owning US property.
