Does not charge...so it is most likely useless...Will have to find another one that does the work.Don't recommend it unless you only want to sync your ipod.... (I have a Ipod touch 4G)

Bought 4 IPHONE CABLES from different salers, this one is the only one still working after one month. It has six pins on the flat connector.Others can only sync but not charge after one week.UPDATE: Beware of different seller! Order 2nd cable from here, the same item but sent by different seller, not as good as the first one from YELLOWKNIFE CABLE. Quit confused how Amazon supplier system work 5 stars for YELLOWKNIFE CABLE, 1 star form the bad UK seller
