Product Description

DESTINED TO LOVE... Reese Falconer. Just the name made Cassie Alden's pulse race. As a teenager, he'd been the rich boy who'd spurned her awkward advances. As an adult, he was a wealthy restaurateur who always got what he wanted, and now Cassie was the proud owner of a successful diner. Then Reese stepped up to the counter and back into her life. Cassie figured she could see right through his plan to romance her and then buy her establishment, so she went to battle, armed with her seductive beauty and a will of iron. She didn't know that a woman's needs can seal her fate--and love can determine her destiny... .

Good book! This is one of Ms Rimmer's first. I found it very entertaining and liked the main characters very much. Reese Falconer and Cassie Alden have a lot of history between their two families. It's not very good either. The setting is San Joaquin Valley in Central CA with both characters inheriting restaurant businesses from their parents who had been "in love" long ago but both had married someone else. I liked that there were no easy answers to some of the situations that these two must face but "Love" does overcome.
