Product Description

Review

“Psychologist Ghislaine Labelle signed on as a crewmember on a sailing ship, and returned with priceless treasure in the form of a map showing how to create a more harmonious workplace.”
– Kenneth W. Thomas, Ph. D., co-author of the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument and Introduction to Conflict and Teams and author of Introduction to Conflict Management

“First with a witness’ eye and then with an expert’s eye, Ghislaine Labelle knows exactly how to identify complex issues in conflict management and resolve them in an efficient way. Here at last is a book that takes us beyond the rhetoric and sets out a bold plan of action for actually addressing the roots of conflict management. Any HR professional or any manager that has to intervene with people needs read this book first.”

Normand Richard
Transcontinental Northern California - Newspaper Group Director
Organizational Development and Human Resources

“The conflicts and irritations in our life is the Universe telling us that we are out of alignment with what is fully possible. In this highly practical and engaging book Ms. Labelle gives us insights into how we can insightfully turn our conflicts into positive productive energy.”
Ian Percy, author of Going Deep and The Profitable Power of Purpose
