This is a very good book, I do not currently own a Canaan but plan on getting one and this book provides alot of information, I will keep this book around to look at later. I read the Israel Canaan Book and I liked this one more!

This book is a great read as it has large print, entertaining photos, and educational historical facts. The pictures are full color but could be bigger, and if this book had double or triple the amount of photos, it would have received a 5. I feel a good dog book is all about the amount of photos as well as the quality of writing and information. Probably the neatest photo is the one of the first Sire Canaan's, those type of historical photos are awesome to see. I will buy another book from another author and see if I can't get more early photo's and historical information about the Canaan Dog of Israel. But I feel this book was worth the money spent though.
