I found this set well presented but a bit too long. I would have preferred a better concentration on the main events.

I bought the four series because I missed most of the series when it was aired a few years ago on TV and I did not want to lose the opportunity down the line to enjoy it because they became unavailable which would eventually happen. We are working our way through the four series and thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. History can be a dry subject but these videos bring history to life in a way that the written word cannot. This purchase has been well worth the money - no regrets.

Awesome resource for Home Schooling, these DVD's are well done,.. This really helped my son, with Canada's History. He loved watching all the DVD's in this series.

First disc was mainly conjecture on origins of the native people. The remaining discs were well presented, historically factual, educational and quite interesting to watch. Read more
