In addition to selecting, revising, retesting and commissioning new recipes for this cookbook, Carol also contributed many of her own recipes. Carol and her colleagues Elizabeth Baird, Bonnie Baker Cowan, Margaret Fraser, Anne Lindsay, Beth C. Excellent desserts....
This cookbook has the absolute best recipes for brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Iwon't use any other recipe for those 2 things. My sister also uses the butter tart recipe.
