I bought this item used, not knowing what to expect exactly. I assumed there to be highlighting everywhere, rips everywhere and things missing. I was surprised to find out that the CD that book comes with was still unopened out of its original paper sleeve, the online key was not revealed, and besides a minor dent in the cover the book was nearly mint condition. I'd also like to point out that shipping was incredibly fast considering it was an international order. 5 stars.
