Where are the rates?,

I will be doing some freelance writing and editing in Winnipeg. I ordered this book hoping that it would give me the average rates charged for writing and editing services by freelance writers and editors in Canada. I tried to find Canadian rates on the web but couldn't. I had come across a website that offered American rates, but not Canadian rates. The book contains some useful information but is missing this valuable piece.

This book is useful because it contains the needed information in a compact, portable form. However, if you do some internet research for Canadian publishers and agents you'll probably find most of the ones that appear in the book. As a result, I'm somewhat disappointed by this. Almost all of the contacts shown I had already found at some point or another will searching on the web.
