I prepared a five course meal for eight people, and this book was a great way for me to get people together. They loved the hor d'oeuvres I had made from this book, the dinner was an instant big hit. What I like about this book, was that every single recipe had a picture, so at least you know how it supposed to look and turn out. Everything was clearly explained. The 'think ahead' notes were very helpful, as it saved me a lot of time on the day of the dinner.
