Great for everyday use,

When I bought this pull up bar, I actually didn't expect much of it especially as it's so inexpensive compared to other similar products that I feared it would be cheap and I just wanted to see if I'd use such a training tool at all. It takes some time, patience and the right tools (screwdriver/ratchet) to put all the pieces together but once it's done, what you get is a sturdy piece of metal that fits in pretty much any door frame that has a standard size. I'm 165 pounds and am confident to lift myself up as much as I want with this. When I'm done with it I can put it away until next time and it doesn't spoil the paint or break the wood around the door frame. I like it.

Slightly Disappointing; I bought this product with great hopes.,

CONSThe item comes disassembled and requires either a (+) or (-) screwdriver and some type of wrench, plus a bit of strength. :) The screws that hold the contraption together also scratches the door frame. PROS It is stable. Holds my weight Easy to use. The comfort grips make it easier to use for longer periods of time.

I received my bar on time and undamaged. You do have to assemble it and it might take you all of 2 minutes. I followed the diagram and have no problems with the bolts touching any door or wall. I just wish it was a little more sturdy. I weigh 180lbs and its rated for up to 200lbs. It does flex some but for the money I still think its a good buy.
